We created the Master Plan for the University Village Town Center South, an area of two and three story Greek houses and office buildings north of the main campus, and then we designed the Learning Services Building for the Town Center. Conceived as a “generic” office building for university faculty and staff, the first tenants of this three-story building are five departments from the Humanities Department. The Asian influenced courtyard opens up to the landscaped “Quad”, heart of the Town Center.
